Finally! A clean cost efficient way to mount your Circuit Breakers as close to the source as possible.
Mounting circuit breakers directly by the battery is safest option. Remember, circuit breakers protect the cable, not the device. To maximize the effectiveness of your circuit breaker you want to minimize the amount of unprotected cable.
The J-Hook Dual Circuit Breaker Attachment allows you to mount one or two of our premium circuit breakers directly to the front of the battery. This provides the same functionality as our Dual Circuit Breaker Battery Tie-Down without the need to have a special flat top battery. It is a universal solution that will work for all battery styles.
We also include a single replacement J-hook as the factory J-hook on your Toyota is not threaded far enough for this to install. We don't include a 2nd J-Hook because many Toyota vehicles have the rear J-hook permanently attached to their factory tiedown. Also on this product we wanted to keep costs down

Chamfered edges - This is the only step where we cut corners (hehe). To avoid sharp edges we chamfer all jagged edges and corners by hand with a specialized high-speed router bit. So you don't have to worry about cutting your hands or scratching your vehicles paint during installation. Also with a 45° chamfer on the edges you minimize the risk of vibration wearing though the protective sleeving on cables and wires which would short out the circuit.
